Reload the app
Sometimes all it takes.
Clear the app cache & background updater (keeps your data)
Removes a stuck service worker and cached app files, then reopens. Your documents, field sets, assets, and settings are untouched.
Erase all local data (last resort)
Deletes every document, field set, asset, and setting stored on this device, then reopens a fresh app. This cannot be undone.
Only do this after you have downloaded your data above, or if a support agent asked you to.
